About our Properties

Our houses are peaceful and centrally located in Nottingham. There is Free Parking on the premises and on streets. Its a short drive from the city centre (6mins),  Queens Medical Centre QMC (5mins), and the Nottingham University. The entire house is available to you with private entrance.

Overview of our Accommodation

Our houses are situated in a convenient location, close to Nottingham city centre and range of local amenities such as shops, eateries and excellent transport links into Nottingham City Centre. It is close to local amenities and transport links. Our properties are situated in the perfect location for commuter access to the Nottingham City Center, Nottingham Universities, hospitals etc. The grocery shop is nearby. There is a bus stop nearby for transport.

Our houses comprises of the downstairs, a small entrance hall which leads into the reception room, a modern kitchen which leads out into the rear garden.
To the upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom which details an shower enclosure, bath, low flush W/C and sink.

Outside to the front is a large driveway providing ample off road parking parking. To the rear of the property is a private enclosed garden with a patio and a decked seating area.
